Janessa started with IG Wealth Management in January of 2015 as part of the Waterloo office administrative team and then joined McEachnie Matthews Group in January of 2017 as an Executive Assistant. With extensive customer service experience, Janessa has a very high standard for the service she provides to our clients. Her goal is to exceed the expectations of our clients each and every time. Janessa and her husband Gord live in Waterloo with their three growing boys, Gabe, Zach and Isaac who keep them busy and always on their toes. Her favourite times are when she gets to just relax and have fun with family and friends enjoying great conversation, music, or movies, and laughter.
